Don't be alarmed: finding the lump doesn't mean that you have breast cancer but it does mean that you should visit a health professional to have it looked at.

There are a lot of resources out there that show you how to do a self breast exam; here's a good one from the Breast Cancer Society of Canada.

But it all boils down to one thing:
